It is often stated that the conditions created by the pandemic act as a point of contact with oneself -
it is a time for reflection and self-analysis. Notwithstanding, a challenge to create purity of thought in isolation causes frustration and self-blame. Barriers emerge in communication with oneself due to a lack of interaction with the surrounding environment. In this general confusion, are we really able to find contact points with ourselves?
